I wrote up the original recipe & then "folded in" your mods so I could figure out what I was doing beforehand: having them all on one page as a single recipe would help.

Bread had great crumb, great structure. It's like Italian bread, bit of a miracle in gluten-free land. Didn't get even a trace of purple but was using only a tiny amount of salt with iodine. All of that was pretty exciting! :) Unfortunately the bread also has virtually no nutritional value (other than the flax it's entirely starch) and psyllium is pricey. Can you please make any suggestions about adding even a bit of gluten-free flour without changing structure too much?? My husband LOVES this bread because he can make a real sandwich on it, but it's expensive to make. Thanks again!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7121318206097952820.post-54422518440395540532018-06-26T16:07:52.637-04:002018-06-26T16:07:52.637-04:00I created this recipe after tasting the bourbon ov...I created this recipe after tasting the bourbon oven baked salmon from my neighbourhood supermarket fish counter. That was really superb. We adored it. This had been quite simple and a dish I would make for company. The only real reason I could imagine that this burning off is cooking it on too high of heat. Judge your cooker persons. In case it cooks hot, don't cook it on medium high. Mine cooks quite inexpensively, so I only turned it down. I'd plenty of really yummy marinade which reduced down along with caramelized attractively. The oven baked salmon was moist, flaky and also the flavour was amazing. I served it over rice, with stir-fried snow peas, carrots and sprouts cooked using a little-minced garlic, only just a tiny soy sauce, peanut oil, a very small bit of peppermint oil and a spoonful of toasted sesame oil. What an excellent meal! If you prefer to know much additional oven baked salmon snacks, Steak or bourbon salmon together with caramelized then you definitely may click on this site also, I have lots of excellent hints in making salmon recipes.Frank Peterhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17749499885958723166noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7121318206097952820.post-33917243335059103592017-10-30T03:14:32.306-04:002017-10-30T03:14:32.306-04:00Excellent and helpful post… I am so glad to left c...Excellent and helpful post… I am so glad to left comment on this. It was DELICIOUS! I've only recently had to shift my diet to GF and before then made clafouti with regular flour several times every summer. The almond flour works perfectly- couldn't tell it was GF.
